Pride And Prejudice Illustrated By Hugh Thomson Dated 1894:
This is an incredibly rare copy of Jane Austin's Pride and Prejudice 1st Peacock edition. 3-4 pages in is a facsimile of Hugh Thomson. The Title page still has the protective "tissue" paper attached.
This book is a stunningly beautiful instance of this famous work, its cover having a peacock with its feathers extensively covering the front cover. The side of the paper is gilded.
Damage:
The book is slightly slanted, although this may be difficult to see in the photos.
