This is a fantastic example of a Douay Rheims Folio Bible!
There are multiple beautiful engravings, designed by a person named Warren. The is beautiful gilding along the edges of the pages and amazing golden vine designs along the edge of the cover.
The text is 100% legible with no pages missing.

Appears to be a damaged leather "patch" on the spine that appears to have the first part of a date on it.
Foxing
There is some staining, it looks as if it were bleeding from the text itself to the surrounding areas.
